Drink water to get in shape this spring

Everyone has heard to usually consume two liters of fluid each day for good hydration of the body.
Many people think that if you drink juices, teas and coffee, will satisfy the body's need for hydration. It is good to know however, that al herbal tea have a diuretic effect, which is to remove water from the body.

Although fluid intake is adequate, water, so essential biological processes, can not be accepted in the body
The correct way is to consume water, juices and teas in relatively equal proportions. So, drink as much natural fruit juices and vegetables, produced in house with electric extractor, herbal teas prepared by cold maceration, but do not forget water!

Best is spring water or mineral water. Mineral waters rich in magnesium content even have a protective effect on the cardiovascular system. Read labels carefully, however, because there are some mineral water diuretic effect, which should avoid excessive consumption, and water with a high content of sodium and calcium, which should be avoided by people with high blood pressure and those with a predisposition towards forming urinary or biliary calculi

Very cold drinks slow down digestion. A cold drink after a meal is very pleasant, but cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you just consumed. Butter, cheese, creams, foods cooked with oil, all will be restored to the consistency they had when they were removed from the refrigerator. Cold water will slow digestion. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water with a meal or immediately after a meal.

Drink the tea cold macerated. Preparations at room temperature, they have a cooling effect. For more flavor, you can add honey and lemon. Let the herbs soak in spring water for 8-10 hours, then strain and, eventually, add honey.
