5 Tips to wake up earlier


When it's cold outside and darkness surrounds you,the last thing you want is to get up from bed.
Here you find out how to do it.

1.Sleep when you're tired!
Don't try to sleep earlier,at a precised time,you'll risk to look in vain waiting for Mr.Sleepy to came over.But also do not push your limits watching TV or surfing the internet,if you sleep tired you'll wake up tired.
In time your sleep will adjust to your needs and you'll fall asleep at the same time.

2.Choose your clothes the night before!
If you can tell how the weather will be in the morning, it's a very wise move.Saves you from the torment of searching through drawers and cabinets after socks (which, at least for men, are always incomplete), you relieve the uncertainty of the election ( is complicated, when you're asleep to decide the right combination), and especially win time.
3. Prepare your tools for coffee!
If you're the masochistic type who prefers to keep the pot in the morning, God of mercy.
If you drink coffee filter, put water, filter coffee the night before.
An extreme solution would be to hold the filter in the room where you sleep, along with croissants, sandwiches, biscuits (studies say it's better to eat something sweet in the morning).
If you have even a coffee machine, one that can be programmed, you're a really lucky man.

4. Put away your alarm!
To stop the alarm from 10 to 10 minutes and stop stealing little sleep that can be a pleasure, such as a death sentence which is given a few extra moments of life, but not too healthy.
Fragmented sleep in those moments of extension is of poor quality and gives you a feeling of dismay throughout the day.
Appropriate would be to place the clock or phone far from you in such way you'll  be forced to get up from bed.
Set to your alarm a rhythmic song, but not overly complex, may becomes annoying.

5. Put a glass of water near the alarm!
Drink a glass of water before you stop the alarm.
Overnight, you dehydrated, and if you drink water, your body receives the signal it's time to wake up.
