Mix equal parts of these plants and add four tablespoons to a quart of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes and drink the entire quantity of tea throughout the day. Lavender and wormwood drops fever !
If cold symptoms are accompanied by fever, headache and muscle means that you have flu. In this situation, you can reduce the fever if you drink two or three cups of lavender tea per day. The infusion is prepared from a tablespoon of lavender flowers in a cup of water and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Also, when fever is high, it is advisable to take between 1 and 5 g of powdered wormwood per day, administered in a glass of water.

Echinacea for immunity!
Health experts recommend that, in parallel with the remedies to treat symptoms of respiratory infections, to make a cure for stimulating immunity. And the most suitable for this purpose are extracts of echinacea in combination with propolis. So, take one tablet of 300 mg of echinacea three times a day, at the first sign of cold or flu throughout the disease. Propolis tincture is administered for 15 days, 30-40 drops every two to three times per day, depending on age and body weight. Among the plants that stimulates immunity include wild rose, underbrush, arnica, aloe vera and spirulina.
